hey guys!! I can´t believe this is happening to me...I received an
e-mail from Buffalo today (we e-mailed them on Saturday) regarding the status of our file, and here´s what they replied back with..
"File is pending final eview by an Officer and the ROLF (Right of
Landing) fees. Payment must be made in Canada at the CPC Missisauga office."
(Blue text)
Does this mean that we´ve been approved and need to pay the ROLF fees as soon as possible? How do we go about payin for them through CPC-M though?

Hi Steve,
You can pay the RPRF online using a credit card number. Put your file number on the PDF receipt and fax confirmation to Mississauga.
Fax # for CIC-M is 905-803-7392. This is the process that I used last week and they update the file within 2 days.
It seems you are done and all set to go. CIC is giving spousal applicants early holiday gifts.

Sorry pay the files online and then print the fees reciept that is emailed to you or you can print the reciept directly from the webpage.
Also, if you have a fax number for Buffalo fax them the reciept as well.

Are you guys sure this is near the end?? Has anyone received a reply like this from CIC Buffalo?
An individual from a different forum said that they haven´t even assessed the file yet, and that everytime you e-mail Buffalo they have to pull your file and thus stick at the bottom of the pile. I don´t really think this is correct..thus I´m asking you guys.

I also e mailed CIC regarding our case and received the same as you, with slightly different wording. "your case is pending review by an immigration officer, and we will advise you when and where to pay the ROLF fee." but nothing so far, so we wait. hopefully this is good new for both of us.

September 20 - Mississauga receives application
October 17 - Sponsorship processing begins
October 17 - Sponsorship Approved
October 25 - Buffalo begins processing PR app
October 31 - E-CAS "medical results received"
October 31 - received AOR Letter
