| Subject: Spouse Sponsorship rejected |

Our sponsorship was rejected as my husband breached his earlier sponsorship (his parents got assistance from govt during their sponsorship period). And they want us to pay huge funds and now we are in position to pay they are not allowing us to make a part payment.
Can I appeal further, now we are married for 2 years and husband is Canada and I am in India
Can Canadian grant me visa if I appeal. Is there any organization in India or Canada where I can seek help?

Iam truly sorry to hear about you situation. Iam not sure if this will help but try contacting the Indo-Canadian Womens Assoc. they are a non profit NGO. Probably they can help.

He breached the rules, why should you get a second chance? Save up, pay it off and then reapply.
