Subject: Age used for SW calculation
Would anyone know which age is used by CIC in calculating Skilled Worker points and eligibility? Is it applicant´s age at the time of Application Receipt, AOR, or IA?

with this waiting time it won´t be long until applicant will start to write to CIC not only about medicals that are about to expire, but also exiting the 21-49 age interval ;-))

Yes, but Kenny confirms that one´s age is locked-in at the time of application, no matter how long the processing takes. For me, I can stand a lengthy processing time as long as it doesn´t change my original eligibility and points when I applied. But then again, maybe I´ll die before anything happens at the current pace! :-)
