It is a good news but so far the "Supplementary Estimates" of $168 million has only been approved by Standing Committee - The final vote in Parliament is scheduled for Dec 8th
Read the last paragraph carefully. It says," ........... and the final vote on supplementary estimates is scheduled for December 8th"

Can some one shed some light on what is the bottom line???
On one hand we are seeing increase in Processing time from Delhi and on the other hand this announcement???
