The website address is http://www.cic.gc.ca

Documents required :

1. Educational/Professional course certificates
2. Work experience certificates from all employers, pay stubs etc.
3. Date of Birth Certificate
4. Marriage certificate
5. Copy of Passport
6. Proof of funds (bank statements)
7. Proof of proficiency in English (latest IELTS examination score)
8. Police Certificate

All the above, except 7 & 8, have to be notarised copies. The IELTS score and the Police certificate have to be submitted in original.
