Subject: Hey Kenny!
Hi Kenny: I dont know if you have answered this question before on this forum or not - but I know that your interview is scheduled for Feb 06. Any idea why you were asked for an interview? You seem to have a clean straight forward case? Are you the only applicant? Do you have a spouse? Kids? Whats the deal here? Why an interview? You seem to be well educated, you are currently working in the US. So it´s got me confused.

And thanks for all the fabulous advice. It´s a pleasure to read ur well-informed posts :)

No problem DB. What you said was right to some extent. They can call anyone for an interview but generally the decision is made based on various factors like how well the application has been prepared.

I mentioned before that I have made some mistakes on my application. I just provided reference letters for my work experience and did not send the tax returns, pay stubs etc. One of the companies I used to work for has closed so that could also be a problem. My CAIPS notes mentions that they want to verify my employment.

I know what to expect during the interview and am not worried as I have all the answers.
