| Subject: No IA yet(AOR Feb 16,2005) |
I am really worried because i havent got my IA yet. Even person who applied after me got the IA as in the forum. My AOR is dated Feb 16,2005. Can anyone tell me what is the reason.

Dont worry. You will get it soon. If not this month then the next. No reason to panic. If you haven´t received it by the end of Jan, then maybe there is cause for concern but for now just be patient. It will come.

my AOR is 2/9 and i won´t get IA for another few months i suppose. they sent a letter saying that my file hasn´t been touched yet. my attorney has ordered CAIPS so might find out why.

I guess they are doing background checks before sending IA, that might explain the discrepencies in sending out IA´s with diffirent dates for people with same AOR. I got my IA
