Subject: Problems medical reports delivery
  Hello,
I hope someone can help me with this:
I recently received a letter from the IRPC in Buffalo, NY saying that the medical examination required for my canadian immigration process have not yet been delivered.

I had these examinatios done on the 28th of September.

After receiving the letter I called the doctor´s office asking for information on the status of their delivery and they informed me that all the forms and documents were sent on the 13th of October. I checked online (Fedex) and it says that everything was delivered on the 14th of October to the RNH office in Otawa.

I wrote a e-mail to Buffalo told them this, but They keep saying that they have not received the medical examinations.

I do not know how to find out where are the medical reports. How can I do?
If they are lost, what should I do?

I really apreciate your help. Thanks.

you can probably try to ask Fedex if they can give you more details..if they have a received copy etc...or maybe you can talk to your doctor if he/she can write to CIC on your behalf...

Hello Diana,
Don´t worry, U are fine as per ur medical. After an DMP do ur medical test, he/she will forward it to ottawa and not to buffalo. The medical result will then be analysed in Ottawa before later being sent to buffalo. The entire process from DMP to Ottawa to Buffalo takes 10-12 weeks.
I received same mail from buffalo as yours about 3 times that they were yet to receive my medicals, I was dazed, rushed to my DMP and confirm that he really sent it.I made a call to Ottawa (613-941-2170), the lady that answered the call identified me and then confirmed that Ottawa has just sent it to Buffalo. For Ottawa to complete the result and send it to Buffalo right from the time I did the medical test with DMP it took 10 weeks. How many days/weeks it will take to reach Buffalo is what i don´t know.Bye

i had my medical test for my application of permanent residence here in richmond hill, ontario and they sent last 02 of may 2008 at ottawa.i phoned the immigration because i want to obtain the medical result because i want to renew my ohip or health card.but unfortunately they said that they didn´t received any medical yet,so i contacted the doctor´s office and again they said that they sent it already and they gave me the tracking number.so i tried to tracked it and it was deliverd and received on may 07,2008.my question is how long will it take to send the results to immigration canada? pls help me. thank you.

Hi Jonathan, just wondering if you have yet received any response? I am doing the medical this week and trying to figure out how long it might take to get the PR, coz I´m going out of canada, so I might have to renew the TRV if it takes too long. Thanks.
