Can someone please explain what all the acronyms you guys keep using stand for, for those of us who haven´t applied yet. For example, what is AOR, IA, PP? etc... Thanks a lot!

AOR - Acknowledgment of Receipt (assignment of file #)
IA- Initial Assessment (Interview waived or not or more docs)
PPR - Passport Request (when visa is ready to be stamped
ROLF - Right of Landing Fee

AOR - acknowledgement of receipt (of your application and file number)
IA - Initial assessment (which usually accompanies your medical forms and information regarding whether interview is required or not)
PPR - Passport request (for your visa)when ur process is complete
