Hi guys,
If I remember it right, I think it was ´Starwars´ who posted Ottawa´s phone # for medical status checking (613-941-2170)...I tried it several times but only got recorded messages. Just today I read another post by ´May´ saying that she was able to talk to a lady using that same phone number. So I tried it again....to my surprise somebody answered the phone....her name was Ms. Sylvia....and I was able to verify that they already informed Detroit about our medicals. Now I don´t know anymore what I am waiting for. The interviewing officer told us before that they were just waiting for the medicals. I am too happy with this development....just thought I want to share it with you guys.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE...whether we are in USA or somewhere else..I think thanksgiving day should be everyday....minus the turkey :)

Great to hear this!
If the officer already said that medicals is all they are waiting for, then I´m sure you will hear something early 2006. I hear that they are holding finalizing cases until early 2006.
If you cannot bear the suspense, order CAIPS and it will tell you what date your file is going to be reviewed again.

I had my interview in Detroit on 31st Oct, 05. My immigration officer also said me the same, "We are just waiting for your Med". She also said, "you would prob. receive pp request early January, 06." I called Ottawa office and came to know, they sent my med report to Detroit on Sept. 30, 05. Don´t know why them need so much time to finalize my case at this moment. My med report is sitting there from Oct.

Hi guys i have some problem here plz help me Today I got a letter from Buffallo office that they didn´t rec´d medical reports yet.Actually i did medical 2 times. Earlier i got request from ottawa office to go for additional test. I did and my doctor already send reports to ottawa office. The letter which i got from buffallo office saying that we didn´t rec´d additional medical reports(second time medical reports).so what i have to do advice me....

I tried this number so many times..no body is answerig..Recorded message is saying that ....note : if u r immg applicant to verify u r medical reports call u r visa office. Is there ny other number where I can find my medical reports status.
