Troubling again...
I´m here on work permit and will be working here now onwards..
shall I apply for immigration? Can I do that.. ?
What do I need to do to apply for an immigration ?

If you have been admitted into Canada for a period of more than 1 year you can apply for immigration. You will have to submit your application in Buffalo, USA.

if you have stayed less than a year in Canada you should send the application to your home country office. If you have stayed for more than a year in Canada you have the option between Buffalo and your home country office.

I´ve come here this week only and may be working here only for next few years... but I´ve not completed a year here..
So what u suggest... ?
Shall I apply for immigration from India , Delhi ...(home country)
or shall wait till 1 yr.
and then from Buffalo ?

You do not have to wait for one year to apply for immigration. Like I said before if you have been admitted into Canada (Check the stamp on your passport) for a period of more than 1 year you can submit your application to Buffalo immediately.

Considering the processing time in New Delhi...you would be better off waiting after 1 year. At the moment, try completing your documents...take IELTS test....gather as much employment papers as you can...save up for your proof of funds....aim for interview waiver by making your application "doubt free"....good luck
