Just got a letter from cic buffalo this morning. The letter is only a piece of sheet containing "background information form", which requires me to fill out my activities and past addresses druing the period from application submitted to present.
Is this normal? Few days ago I sent them my medical, ROLF, updated proof of funds, and change of address notice. Does it indicate a dealy of processing?
I´m confused what this means. Anyway I´ve completed it and fax it rignt away.

Did you fill out the form and include it with your initial application? Perhaps you forgot to include it initially. Or perhaps there are discrepancies with the dates or address. I dont really know. Just taking some wild guesses here.

I have a backup of all my application forms and I´m pretty sure I gave them the form before.
Maybe they just need more info after getting my notice of address change. Who knows?
I hope this is not an indication of processing delay.

It would be if you took 5.5 months to fax them back with the information. Hehehe. Nah, i dont think you have to worry. Maybe they just needed an updated form with all your updated information (change in address).

Hi Optimas,
That happened to me too. 4 months after I did my medical they sent that form to me and asked mt to fill it out. I know it has happened to some of my friend too. Don´t be worry, there is no problem with that. Infact you are fortunate that they have asked you for it just after your medical, since I know they send your file for background check after they receive the updated form from you. You are 4 month ahead in the process.
