Hi,
I applied for Permanent Immigration in 2001 throgh a
consultant.I did not get any decision till date.My problem is I appeared for temporary Visa(Visitor Visa on 1997) and got refused where ,I attached a docements which shows that i am working with my father and same dates clashed with my working experience in immigarion application.In my Caips Notes PSDEC is Ok.Is my previous visa is relates to with my new immigration application.Is my application may be rejected or Not.Please put me in the light.

This decision is completely up to the immigration officer. They may ask for an interview first to clarify this clash in dates with you.

At the time of Visitor Visa(1997), I attached three documents with my application.They refused my aplication with reason of Insufficent Funds without an interview.Now My question is ?.
1.Are they have my previous DOCUMENT RECORDS(Visitor Visa) in systems till date.
