dear Kamal,

read all Paragraph -

The interviewing officer has wide discretionary powers, so it´s obviously very important that you are able to present yourself in the best light at this interview. Those called to interviews will have scored a minimum of 60 points, and the immigration officer can award up to 10 additional points - which could very well clinch the deal.

A few things to note before you head for the interview:

Dress appropriately. Treat this like a very important job interview. No jeans, no casual clothes. Dress formal, or at the very least, dress smart.
Be on time. Head out early, you never know if traffic is snarled up ahead. The last thing you want is to make a poor first impression by being late.
Go prepared. Rehearse answers to all potential questions you could face. You will be asked to bring along certain documents with you - carry all these as well as any other papers you think might be relevant. Organize them in a way that they are easy to find. Brush up on basic Canadian facts (name of the Prime Minister, major Canadian provinces and cities etc).

i believe he indicates here that the Visa Officer has the Power to give you this points regarding the Adaptability Section - which is 10 points - but visa officer has the right to grant u the lower of 5 or higher of 10
it depend on your preparation for all questions

In my case, he gave me only five - you know why BECAUSE HE WROTE THAT " APPLICANT HAS NO PLAN IN CANADA YET HE HAS NOT SEARCHED FOR A JOB THERE " i dont know how can i search for a JOB and i am still in here, but i told him i have subscribed with Monster.com and joboom.com, and he asked me if I tried to contact any employer through these websites and i was like " AAAAA" well....

hope you will get more than five my friend.

wish you good luck

yours Radi
