TELL ME HOW CAN SUBMIT THE ADDITIONAL DOC. whether they send me the the request to submit or its optional to submit at any time before initial assessment .and also tell me that whether they will tell me to start IA or not.

If you think that some important documents in your application is missing you can write a letter explaining the situation and ask the CIC to attach thos documents in your application... Send all the additinal documents in a sealed envelope to the same address where you have submitted your first application. But as far as i know the CIC will look at all the documents you have sent them and let you know if there are any missing documents... Hope this is helpful
