Subject: Couple questions on skilled worker immigration
1) What kind of documents do i need to proof my work experience? Is a letter from previous employer enough?
2) I got a Master degree (thesis option) from accredited US school. Am I exempted from taking IELTS test?

1. get all forms of evidence possible, such as letters from past employers, award certs, contract copies, pay slips, bonus paid, provident fund, insurnace thro´ employer, etc. u are the best judge.

2. depends, i think will be better off with the test scores. being/studying in USA does not indicate your proficiency in english.

IELTS is not mandatory but optional. If you prefer not to take the test, you have to submit documentary proofs that could attest your claimed English proficiency.
