Subject: Need your advice on Immigration process |

My husband is on H1 visa and I am a student in US. We have received our PR visa for Canada. I am unsure about what all documents I need to carry. We plan to stay just for 2-3 days in Toronto with my aunt, and return to US.
I have a couple of questions.
1. Can we enter by road? We plan to fly to Buffalo and drive down to Toronto.
2. Since we will not be moving to Canada immediately, do we still need to give a list of all my household things?
3. We plan to stay just for 2-3 days, do we still need to carry $11,775 with us or is $10,000 (traveler cheques) enough?
4. Do I need to show my bank statement at the port of entry?
We would appreciate you help very much. Tks in advance

entrance (in reply to: Need your advice on Immigration process) Yes, you can enter canada by road.
You don´t need to show bank statement at the border.
