| Subject: Elementry and Primary education document !!!!!!!!! |

Hi everybody,
After one year waiting, they are writing me to send addition document,the crazy thing is that they are asking for my Elementry and Primary education document,is this normal?
Does anyone have any idea why do they asking for this document. I thought they need the last education document and not the first one.

Maybe there is other problems with your application so they need some "investigation" on your file.

Very odd. However with my initial application I did send letters from all schools I attended (even elementary) saying I had been a student there (dates provided) and also that the medium of instruction was English. Killing two birds with one stone :) If they are asking you for it, then you better send it to them. I guess they want to prove your years of education. Good luck though.

I don´t think Raz has any choice but to provide or give a very good reason why not. He likely has a time limit to supply the documents. I get really nervous with time limits like 90 or 120 days. For one, the longer the delay, the longer the wait. Also if there is a time limit and no action is taken by the PR applicant, CIC has the right to close the file as dormant. (trust me... I know from personal experience)
So Raz... as stupid as the request sounds, get at it or at a minimum, respond by letter to CIC why you can´t comply and hope for the best. Whatever you do... do not ignore the request.

Could be for other reasons like verification of name used or verification of residency in a certain area in a certain time period. Who knows why, but you have no choice but to play by their rules.
