Subject: E-client update
E-client says that they sent a letter on November 22 with medical instructions. We had done a medical before and it expired.

What do you think this means? It´s been 10 months, going on 11, since we applied.

Is that a good sign?

other option is that they are asking for the medicals to be done again. you won´t really know until the letter arrives. hope it is good news.

Sharon, yes, I am 100% sure they are asking for the medicals again.

They said they sent instructions and to avoid delays, provide them with the information requested ASAP.

What happens after that? Do you know?

Hi SW...

My thoughts below are based on the assumption that you are a skilled worker, applied in Buffalo....if you are not then please disregard my post.

It´s hard to analyze how your 10-month old application already has an expired medicals.

Was your interview waived? If yes, then after the 2nd medicals, you will be waiting for your PPR (passport request). That can take from 6 months (from medicals) to over a year depending upon your background check.

I hope too that the letter bears good news....good luck

This is actually a spousal sponsorship.

In our case, They asked for a med redo, then 3 months later we received the PPR. We sent the passport same day and got it back 3 weeks later with visa and COPR. This was spousal sponsorship through Singapore.

RE: Decision Made (in reply to: E-client update)
Hai Guys,

I applied on July 2001 for immigration. And my medicals are over by January 21 2005 and on November 17 Eclient reads "Decision Made", But till now I haven´t received PP Back. Anybody know why this delay in sending the PP or what does it mean " Decision Made"?????

They asked him to do a chest X-ray only. His medical expired, but they only want him to do a chest X-ray.

They also want him to get another police clearance.

That;s it.
