So just wondering and would like to get some feedback from anyone .... specifically new immigrants to canada do you GUYS THINK THAT THE IMMIGRATION POINT SYSTEM IS DISCRIMINATORY AND JUST ALLOWS CERTAIN PEOPLE FROM SPECIFIC PARTS OF THE WORLD TO IMMIGRATE TO CANADA??

nope, it basically tries to take in people who can survive better and contribute as well.....atleast for 5-10 yrs from now.

if anything...it discriminates against those who have learned trades as apprentices - plumbers, brick layers, electricians, stone masons, mechanics, pipe fitters, carpenters... we need them all. All we seem to be getting is accountants and engineers. We don´t care where you come from...we only care what you do when you get here!
