Subject: how screwed am I?
  I need some serious help.
I am a USC married to a Canadian Citizen. We are BOTH in the U.S. at this time. We feel his Adjustment of Status (AOS) application will be denied. This means he cannot reside in the U.S. Obviously, as his wife I will want to go to Canada to live with him.
Is there any possible way we can go to Canada without being separated? I don´t want to get to the border and be denied and have to go home to the U.S. without my husband because if that happens he will be in Canada and not allowed to enter the U.S. for 10 years.
Please help if you can.
Thank you.

Why would you be denied entry into Canada? I don´t see any reason. You will have to file for PR (in spousal category) to permanently live in Canada. There are many on this forum that can help you with that process.

Good luck!

Thank You (in reply to: how screwed am I?)
Thanks for your response. Well, I wouldn´t know what to say when they asked me the purpose of my visit to Canada. Should I say I would like to file for PR? I think if I said I was just visiting my in-laws (which technically would be true, also) I can go into Canada with my husband and then file the PR papers from inside Canada. I have no idea if that is correct. We just don´t want to take the route of him going to Canada without me, filing an application to sponsor me from there. We want to go to Canada together and not be separated.
Is there not some sort of Family Reunification thing now?

As far as I know, your husband can sponsor you, while you are also in Canada so you don´t have to go through a long separation. I´m not a lawyer, I´m not an expert, but that´s what I´ve read. Maybe you should take a look at this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/sponsor/faq-spouse.html

I wish you luck!

Why was your husbands adjustment of status denied in the US? That may also have an impact on any Canadian application.

You could always travel in as a tourist and then contact an immigration attorney when you are there.

If you have the money to sit in Canada and wait out your PR application, go for it. It´s the only way you can be with him. I hope he has a job in Canada because it takes money to move over here and if you can´t work, it doesn´t help. It´ll take about 9 months until you can apply for a work permit.

I´m still confused why is AOS denied in the US? There arent many reasons why the USCIS would refuse AOS, if they find reason to refuse AOS wouldnt CIC find similar reason?
