| Subject: Waiting for AOR |
Has anyone here sent their PR application (spouse, in-Canada) last August 2005? If so, have you received your AOR already? I haven´t received mine yet and I´ve already contact the CIC call centre. They said to wait for 6-7 months. Help!

waoooooooo you should recieve your AOR from 2 weeks to maxxxxxx 4 months!! 6-7 omg CIC is getting harder in processing time! but anyways don`t worry you will still be process before Sept applicants even if they have AOR b4 so it will refelect postiv. on your IA time..

despite the processing times rising, if it said 6-7 months when they received your application, then you should add 7 months to your august date.. which would mean around March you should have your APPROVAL IN PRINCIPAL. You won´t get a letter for AOR, etc. you need to check all your informationa nd updates via e-CAS which you can do via www.cic.gc.ca and click on online services. go through the links for in canada and click on e-cas, then input your client ID number, your last name, date of birth, and country of birth.

I sent in my application in october 05 and i got my AOR in Nov 05. My apllication was sent to buffalo.

ejspet, one question. how can i get my client ID number? Abijan, I applied it within Canada. I think the processing is longer.

Hello Guys, me too didd´nt received AOR yet, I sent my Application July 2, 2005 to CIC LONDON, thru DHL, it was received July 4, 2005. I Check in the Bank The bank draf I sent was encash Aug. 11, 2005, its 5 months now I dont hear anything from CIC london.
