HI i am PR in canada.And i went to India to get marry.I am married now.would like to sponcer my wife to canada. where to start the process?
What should i do in canada and what should my wife do in India?.What kind of application should i print from CIC?.Should i apply in Family class for my wife?
Please let me know every thing regarding sponcering my wife from India.
I had no job in canada and i have no job in canada.

Hi raja
u dont have any job in canada as u have written, and u want to sponser ur wife but if im not wrong during the process u have to show that how much u have to sponser ur wife means u should have financialy strong as well secondly according to me if ur financialy strong its easy to hire a lawyer as lawyer know what is law and they know how to complete the whole process soon in my case he takes 5 month but u can apply ur own too i dont mean its necesary.

Hi Raja,
As you are sponsoring your wife you do NOT have to meet the minimum income requirement. Therefore even if you do not have a job you can sponsor your wife. You do not have to hire a lawyer to complete the application.
You will have to sponsor your wife under the Family class. Please visit the following link for detailed information about the process of sponsoring your wife.

Your wife can start off by applying for a Police clearance certificate and she can also get her medical done from a DMP in India.
