hi pals,
my question is that is arrangement employ. efetcs the time...ppl say if you have then you can get immigration in 10 months..
if somebody have that kinda experience plz share it..

Arranged employments have to be HRDC approved before it can be considered by CIC.
One advantage of having an arranged employment is you don´t have to have the required settlement funds. However, I don´t think that having an arranged employment can make the processing any faster.
Rejection: If the reason for rejection is appealable then you can appeal. If not, you can always apply again from the start but you have to make sure that you have improved on the reason for rejection to increase you chances the next time.

but how much time it will take for appeal cause some body told me..it will take more time then a fresh file..or it depends.or it will take lesser time....plz advice

no idea how long an appeal can last but I also read that it is not a short process.
at what stage are you in right now? have you applied yet? don´t waste your energy thinking about this appeal.....be positive...good luck
