Subject: Should I need HRDC approval? Guide me....
  Dear Sir/Madam:

One of my native place person came from Canada. He is a Canadian Citizen and has agricultural lands in Central Canada. He wants Agri. workers for his farms. He said he has to get HRDC Approval and asking me some amount CAD $495 for filing. I would like to know whether these sorts of jobs should require HRDC Approvals?

Any body who knows this, kindly reply.

Thanking you.

Sincerely,
Ram.

Any job in Canada will require HRDC approval. I do n´t know that it would cost them anything to get the approval however. The $495 is an applicant fee paid to CIC for the principal applicant for immigration. I would not give that money directly to him as you may never see it again and not get anywhere with an application.

HRDC approval is only granted if the employer can proove that a Canadian cannot fill the position.

Check out www.cic.gc.ca and i´ll let the SW/HRDC approval experts take the floor.

goodluck!
