Hello everybody.
I am new to this forum and thought I would start this thread ....
I had gone fr a interview to NY Consulate June 1st´2004
After the succesful interview ,was asked to submit meds ,fbi and ROLF.
So here is a brief Time ..line ..
1.1st June : Interview in NY Consulate.
2.Mid June: DMP from NY submitted Meds to Ottowa Mid June.
3.Sept 22nd: recd a letter from the consulate asking fr ROLF and FBI.
4.Sept 29th: submitted the same personally in NY Consulate ie FBI and ROLF. I also asked them if they recd my meds and they confirmed that they did.
*BTW when I had gone fr my interview in NY,The lady who interviewed me her name was sherlock..after everything else she asked me if I had my meds and FBI, and at time I told her that I didnt hv it yet..to that she said"what a shame if you had these two docs with you I would hv given you the Visa today Itself !!!! Does this mean the Canadian Security Checks were over.I was cheeky enuf to ask her abt this "Is the canadian Security Checks Over" To which she replied .."Dont worry abt that" ...So what does this mean ?
ANYONE IN THE SAME TIME FRAME ??? Can anyone help advise when shd I recieve the PP request ?

Jun 8. Received advice that interview is waived (but may be called upon their discretion). Advised also to submit updated form, local police clearance, medicals and payment of right of pemanent residence (ROPR)
Jul 26. Paid ROPR and took medical exam
Aug 3. Per DME, the embassy received my medical results on this day
Aug 6. Bank records show the check for ROPR was negotiated on this day
Aug 22. Received advice to get police clearances from FBI and to countries where i lived for > 6 months
Sept. started to write FBI and police agencies from other states requesting for PCC.
