I sent an email to buffalo and the reply stated that my medical validity has been extended til june 2006 and
that my application for PR will reviewed for finalization early next year.
Does that mean that I have been accepted and a passport requested will be send to me early next yr or something else
please help me clarify this matter.

I think your interpretation is right, by the way when were your meds expiring.
