Sara,

I think you need to select Pen and Paper test. Haven´t heard anyone going the other way. I did Pen and paper myself last august.

Sara,

Go for Pen and paper for all. You´ll be fine.

I don´t know much about computerised version but Pen and paer is definitley fine. many of my friends and myself took the test with "Pen and paper" last august, got the results in 2-3 weeks and sent them along with our applications and received AOR..

Good luck

Sara,

About the Address : If you are asking about the Address to be filled in Item # 5 on the application form, then it is YOUR correspondence address where you would like your result to be mailed. I took the test in Vancouver, Canada. I´m not sure if there are different formats of aplpication forms for other centers.
If you are asking about the address where you send your application, it depends on which center you are taking the test at.

My test results : I got L-8.5, R-8.5, W-8, S-8
How easy it is depends on a lot of factors like your background, education, cultural experiences and your general english skills. If you live in an english speaking country and interact with the people regularly and comfortably, you can get good score with 3-4 weeks of preparation.

Let me know if you need more info.. will be glad to help
