Hello friends,
I became a PR earlier this year. I recently got married to a canadian citizen. Will this mean that I still have to wait for those 1000 odd days to be fulfilled in order to apply for citizenship OR can I apply for citizenship right away using my wife´s status?

You have to wait the 3 years in Canada and then the application takes 18-24months before you receive your citizenship.
