hi, everyone, im kelly and i have been resided in canada more than 3 years. I´m a refugee here and applied for canada permanent resident but i failed. After that, i appealed again but i failed too. So , i don´t know what should i do to remain stay in Canada.
However, my employer(restaurant boss), he has 7 restaurants in montreal and he wants to sponsor me to become permanent resident because he found that im working hard and responsible.
So, do i have to apply for humantarian to remain stay in canada or i should sponsored by employer? Which one is better chance for me to applying for Canada Permenant Resindet?

I would try and get some legal assistance. Your boss might be well intentioned but he cannot sponsor you. The work he is likely offering you would not qualify under a work permit category that is authorized byt HRDC.
I do not know of any good news I can offer you. You have already exhausted your humanitarian options.
