Hi,
I have received a letter from buffalo to attend an interview in Buffalo. In My IA it was clearly stated that my interview is waived. after more than a year from the time I submitted my medical now they have arranged an interview. To my surprise the location of interview is in Buffalo. I ordered a caips note and it didnt state any reason as to why they have arranged the interview. I appreciate the help from proffessionals or people with similar experience.
Also they didnot ask me to bring any particular document with me to the interview except for IDs.
SW class, IA received in Oct 2004.

Do you mind telling us which country you are from.
It may be a security interview.

Well they are in their rights to call you for an interview. So there you cannot argue, it may be something they may want to clear out in person.
Make sure you carefully read your application over and have answers. It may be pertaining to your education, job or stay in another country than yours own.

It is a security interview. you will be asked millions of questions in 3-4 hours´ interview. Most questions are security related.
I submitted my application in April of 2002. Yes, it has been almost four years. Interview initially waived in the second letter. I attended the interveiw in July of 2005. SO far no news.
I am in the process of complain. If you wish to join me, please do so after you attended the interview.
