Yes I did but four years ago.
Are you in Dubai? If yes, then your residence should be over 6 month. You go to the Police station with your passport and ask for a police report. That is all.
If you are out of UAE, then you need to do the report at your current location, send it with your passposrt copy that was used when you were in Dubai, send them to the UAE embassy at your current location, they will endourse it and then you need to send them to someone in Dubai who will apply for you and get the report

same here means the rules are not change just go to Police head quarter (CID Division with passport) fill the application forms paid the fee, give them your finger prints, after 3 or 4 days they will issue the certificate.

I am in Denmark at the moment, I got stuck eith this certificate. There is no any UAE embassy except Germany, where it responsible for Scandinavian countries. I tried to call them 5 times, no reply. I wrote e mails, useless. And I cant get fingerprints in local police dept. They say I should get finger prints form from UAE police in order to get them stamped here. Funny thing, I called CID in Dubai, they ve sad that they do not give any forms, and they dont know what to do. Just gave me suggestion to find Egiptian or Saudi arabian embassy and ask from them... It easy for me to fly to Dubai, rather than find this f... form here....

I am living in India.
How I can get P.C.C. from U.A.E. as I have to submit
the same in order to further processing my permanent

I want to enquire how to obtain a PCC from Dubai police, I live there from 2000 to 2006. At present I live now in Barbados, West Indies. Please advise me what are the things i need to comply to get one.
