Is it Necessary to show the work experience of spouse?
my spouse has 4 years Mechenical engineering degree and has no work experience. Will she eligible to get 4 points?
or Spouse Experience is a must.

I think work experience is not a must. Even education I think is not. However, your wife´s educational attainment can help you increase your points.
If she had a total of 14 or 15 years of full time education, she could be awarded 4 points.

No, work experience is not included in the spouse assessment.
