| Subject: How to transfer application for Permanent Res? |
Hi
If anyone move aplication for permanent residence from Buffalo to another location and can share some information pls respond. What should I do?

I do not think that it is possible to transfer applications from one CIC office to another based on the applicant request.
I have requested that before and they said that it is not allowed to do that.

one good reason is if you leave the US and later, an interview is required. it could be difficult to get a B1 visa to come back to the US for the interview. i´m also concerned about this as i´m leaving in a few weeks.
