Just received my caips notes. What does the following mean:
PAPER FILE SENT TO: PA BF TO: RIB ON 12/12/05?
What is PILLAROTT BED LISTING?
I am Damascus 2001 applicant.
Do you know who is RIB ( may be an officer)??? Have anyone the same at their caips notes?
Any movements with your files? Anyone from Damascus left here?

nothing important or to worry about.
PILLAROTT BED LISTING
does it tell where the listing is done with? this is a process related to security and background checking, if you could post the details of the dates of the progress of the processing I might be able to tell you where are you exactly in the process.

I have the same
PILLAROTT BED LISTING note date is the date your Background check started...
PA is the archive storage, BF is bring forward on 12 dec 2005.. RIB will review your file for any missing documents.. and/or listing info and will process it further.. when you applied? I am a May 2001 applicant.
Do you have a ***for B complex*** on your Note?

PILLAROT is one of the checks but does not mean the start or the end of anything , there are other checks, mine took 3 months to receive PILLAROT results but my BG checks are sill bending

OK, My dates are :
applied March 2001
interview July 2005 - CAIPS for interview - 1 - means passed
Medicals done end of July
Meds received by Damascus mid August
PILLAROTT started or listed with Nicosia, Cyprus the same day as the interview
PILLAROTT results received by Damascus end of August
since then - BF 12/12/05 no other notes
I was told at the Reception at the Embassy that to finalize a case they need up tp 6 months from the medicals done date.
I believe you two are the same people from Lebanon?

Michel, I have B complex note. It is right after the interview done, I mean the same date but one hour later, something like the following
Med forms handed to PA at REC (reception, I believe)
Pls start B complex
And after - everything about this PILLAROTT, I have posted in the above message. The last working note is
PILLAROTT results received, issued end of August
And then only few notes concerning my letters sent to Damascus in Sept and Nov
