e-Client Application Status (e-CAS)is not working? what is going on in CIC? Looks like they are changing e-client system. Hope it will provide better feedback than just "In Processing"

None of On-Line Services are working? No change of Address request. No address notification service.

i had the same thing..

but it works now and it´s 1254pm central. I´m in Ontario.

nothing changed cept for the worse. processing times are longer. the updated my address but not my file.
