Subject: Police Certificate Procedure

I applied for Canadian PR form Delhi, India center. I have got a request for PCC which as specified has to be obtained from "District Senior Supritendent of Police". Earlier the PCC was issued by "Regional Passport office" which was a specific procedure. Can somebody tell me what should I do to get the PCC from "District Senior Supritendent of Police" in Delhi?
