How can one appeal a visitor´s visa refusal? I really need my sister here, temporally. HELP.

You cant appeal it (I dont think). Just re-apply again. Your refusal was based on a valid reason - for eg. cant prove ties to home country. Just make sure that in your new application you provide concrete evidence of whatever CIC might have doubts about. Good luck.

Sorry no appeal for visitor´s visa. Yours sister has to provide a strong case that she is willing to return to her home country at the end of the autorization period.
If you need her here to help you have you though of the living in caregiver option? She might be able to qualify, but I don´t know if CIC will object to your application.
