hi
we are from europe but live on a workvisa here in the USA.
we applied for PR in canada.
i am pregnant and i thought about to deliver my baby in canada.
is it legal? and would it speed up the process?
could we go an the parent sponsering way throug the baby??
please help!

(in reply to: is it wise to get the baby in canada?) yes its legal to go to Canada and deliver there, but its gonna be very expensive as you wont have free insurance there. Deliver the baby here in the US and add him/her in your application and wait.
Nothing speeds up the process, trust me on that.

Not untill the baby is over 18 and is earning enough money to support you financially. So the overall wait will be 20-25 years.
