Any body knows wheather its possible to apply for a study permit while pr application is in progress? Any disadvantages?

I think it´s fine, there is one terminology called dual intent, which is acceptable

Yes Anonymous you can apply for Study permit just 3 days before I have asked the same question from CIC embassy U.A.E
and they said "yes its no problem"
