Hi I see that there are many experienced and caring sharing people in this site i would be happy if those people can express their thoughts on my application process, :
Application : June 04/04
IA :September 18/04
Medicals :April 18/05
Police certificate from my country: August 24/05
Police Certificate from another country (where I studied): August 14/05
Child Medicals: November 10/06
PS. a. Since I did BA and my MA in an English speaking country, I supplemented my transcripts, diplomas, etc. so I was not asked to sit in IELTS,
b. I also have the impression that since I was asked to complete my medical exams (I did that as can be seen from the given date above) I am not going to be asked for an interview...?? or not ? ( I guess so but that is up to CIC)
c. Mm Security Check ..well belive me guys...I didnt kill anyone, didnt rape, didnt steal anything, did not write love letters to Bin ladin, never had a phone call from Mr. Bush, so I guess I am clean..
Well guys, in your experience in this forum, what is the next step ? or what should I expect from CIC and how long will this process take ...

Hiya: From what I hear you are on of those "early 2006" candidates. You should expect to hear from CIC in early 2006. It has nothing to do with your sec check. Apparently it has to do with the fact that the quota for 2005 was filled so expect good news in early 2006. Hang in there. You´re almost done...unlike some of us :(
