Dear friends
it is great to join such informative forum, I have applied under skilled worker class through London from Muscat in 2002, in 2004 i was asked to attend an intveiw in Muscat during whcih the immigration officer asked me and my wife some questions, and told us that we should have no problem, 2 months later they asked me to send some fee to my former university for my master degree verification, in Aug 2005 they sent me the medical forms and request for landing fee and i we did our medical and passed it and sent it along with the fee and letter requesting address change via corior to london on 28 October 2005, but the e client status still show case in process?
my question is how much time is left for PR,

hi Ali,
i have also applied from Muscat in 2003 and i am having my interview in Abudhabi in Jan 2006.....Hope it would take another 5-6 months for us to get PR if the background check is done.

Ali,
I use to wonder while most people do say always that their e-client is still showing in process. For U to to know the real status of your application like ´medical received´ or other comments U have to click on the in process.

Ali can you please mention the months, in which month you have applied for the PR in 2002 and in when you had interview in 2004,
Im also applying this month from UAE to London.

How much time left is probably one of the most difficult questions to answer (if not the most). Medicals with no problems usually take about 2-4 months before being recorded. Then a lot more needs to be considered.
E-cas is not always reliable...you can try sending them a fax or an email to ask for your status.
Have you tried getting your CAIPS notes? You will be able to find significant information about your status....you will be able to find out if background check is done....If your new address is reflected.....if your landing fee payment is recorded etc...
visit www.caipsnotes.com for more info....it will take about 40 to 50 days to get the results.

well, when i do click in process i find " we started processing your case on sept 2004, interivew scheduled on Nov 2004" the rest of the up todate steps do not show such as interview passed, medical done, ROLF sent?
