My niece is sponsoring a girl from India to look after her two todlers. Husband and wife work and they have got the approval from the human resouces in Canada for bringing the nanny. But I understand from others that it is very difficult to pass the interview stage...
Can some one help.... kinds of questions they ask and answers they expect...any help will be appreciated...

(in reply to: Possible questions asked by officr for Nanny's job) it really depends on the officer. some will ask about first aid, how to handle a choking child, if a child has a fever, what do you do? sometimes ask if you know french, might ask about pictures of the family. i do hope this nanny has completed a caregiver´s program approved by CIC, that is the most important qualification they will require.
