Subject: understand the processing time in CIC London |

Hello,everybody!
Could anyone help me understand about the processing time written on CIC London website pls?
It says,"for those with arranged employment confirmd by Human Resourse Department in Canada, this review will take place within 6 months". I´ve got post-doctoral research offer which does not need a confirmation from HRSDC(CIC website says so).So, in this case, I guess it won´t speed up my application at all even though I have a offer. Am I correct?
I´d appreciate you´d like to share your knowedge about this.
BR,

(in reply to: understand the processing time in CIC London) I would guess that you would have to apply for PR with your employment documents. In case you submitted your normal docs first and then got a job offer, you will have to tell CIC about it so that they can process your application in the relevent catgory. One thing I ca tell you is that please do not believe eevrything that the CIC tells you. they have thousands of applications and the processing times may be a little up or down in reality than what they say. Havr you aubmitted your application ? Recieved AOR ? Where have to applied from ???

(in reply to: understand the processing time in CIC London) Thanks, CT.
Unfortunately,I´ve already submitted my application to CIC London office in this OCT. and got file number at the same month. And now I´ll get the offer soon, so I guess I have to do what you just told me to do.
Good luck!
