Subject: Important caips notes
  HI all,

I need your help explaining this extremely important part of my caips, which i believe my file is complete and being revised for visa.

B Intvm required for subj .......... KB 12- sep-2005
Referral pending per current report.......KXB 16- sep-2005
Confirmation recd B Intvw no longer required- to follow from pillarrott.................................KB 22-sep-2005
From PIL for PI recd........................EDR 23-Sep-2005

TO LH, RFV...................................KXB 29-sep-2005

Note that I am a SW in buffalo- medicals extended till mar 15,2006. got the early 2006 message.got IA in Nov 2004 with medicals and intv waiver.
E-cas changed to medicals recd in dec 12,2005.

Please explain these notes to me , specially the last line , is RFV means that " review for visa "?
Thanks

hi braveheart,

As far as I understand RFV means ready for visa. I was wondering how did you get your medicals extended?

Thanks

Hi Hims,
Thanks for your reply. I sent them a letter thru regular mail and they replied that my medicals are valid until mar 15,06, although they were expired in dec 10,2005.
Hope this helps,
As for RFV,i did not find it anywhere in the code. I am still doubting if it is really ready for visa. Hope so. did you get it in your caips ? thanks

Hello Pr,

Your file will be brought forwarded in January 1,2006 to the officer who is responsible for your case whose initials are LH6. By the way, it is the same officer handling my case (shown in caips), did you see this RFV anywhere in your caips? are you in early 2006 group?
Please keep in touch with me.

Thanks

hey BraveHeart,

I got BF?d to LH6 on 1-1-2006 too. No RFV though. What is your status now? Did you receive anything from them? Online mine still says "In Process"

best
