| Subject: Question to UK cic Applicants |
I have a question,
Would it be more worthwhile to get the attestation of degrees from the Institutes I have studied from or Notarized attestation would be more valuable?
I have recently sent my application to CIC and waiting for Ref Number.

In my opinion a notarised attestation would be more convenient and time saving and according to the guidelines as provided by the CIC regarding who can attest certificates.

Hi,
Attestation by the respective university carries more weight than notarizing your degree. In fact you should have posted this question before submitting your file. What can you do after submitting your file ? Just wait and watch. Anyway be prepared to receive a letter from them requesting verification fee for your degree to be verified by the university and you will loose another 3 months to hear from them next.(incase u r running short of points).
