IA - Dec - 12, 2005.

But I am required to attend the interview. Don´t know yet when is the interview.

Is it a good sign or not? I didn´t take IELTS. Can I safely assume that I won´t have to take IELTS? Also why could I have been asked to attend the interview? Any suggestions for me?

Help Plz

This doesn´t look good. Obviously they are curious to learn more about you, to confirm everyth you included in your application and look for gaps. Where did you apply? Good luck

order caips notes and if you get them in time (before the interview) you´ll find out the reason for interview and you´ll be able to document/answer their questions.

The interview can not be used to measure your level of ability in English. You can read the Federal Skilled Worker manual on the CIC website, and it will clearly state this. There may be some things they need to clarify in your papers. Don´t worry about it too much. It only takes about 15 to 30 minutes and if all your papers legitimate then you have nothing to worry about. They will only ask you questions about things you have already submitted.

It depends on how your English background is. It would´ve been a good idea to take IELTS if you think that the level of English would have affected your points.

Please obtain your CAIPs notes before the interview and prepare accordingly. My friend was called for one, he got the notes and found out they were not sure of one of his job hours, whether full time or part time. He prepared he job letter before hand and the first question was about the same. You got the idea!
