| Subject: CAIPS report recd., need help |

hi there,
I received the CAIPS report this week. I don´t know how to read whether the Background checks, security checks etc. are completed. Only thing I could understand is, "file is sent to the immigration officer and a decision will be made soon" and the BF´D is 1st of Jan 2006.
If anybody acknowledges that they could help, I will write the codes and let me know what codes I have to read mainly. Thanks.

Do you have this?
BDEC 1 date (mm-dd-yyy)
If you have that your background check is done and okay.
Your BFD is really early 2006....meaning your officer will look at your file on that day (holiday?) and if everything is okay will most likely make a final decision.
from the notation and the BFD...it looks good :)
