Hi guys,
Anyone knows how long the background check takes for CIC London for middle east applicants. AOR feb 2004 and BDEC shows 0, which, i guess they have not started yet. anyone from middle east who had interview in Abu dhabi and when u all got your medicals, do they give after the interview immediately or how long it takes.........pls advise.

Hi cat,
Back Ground check is completely depend on the country you
belong.by going through this forum I have analysied that south asian countries,specially Pakistan, India, and middle eastern countries BG takes a long time.
IF you are from pakistan,
The fault some time hidden behind our Pakistani institutions and Boards of education, They take a long time to reply back to verify.
Well I wish you good luck and hope your BG check gets done quick.
Iam a Pakistani and recently applied for PR from London and only anticipating fast BG when ever time comes,
