| Subject: Need advise about Travel document |

HI i have to apply for travel document to enter canada.Because i have missed my pr card in my friend post box.so i have not get my pr card.And now i am in India.
How long it takes to apply for Travel document?Just submiting application to canadian embassy?thats it? or you have to attend any interview? or you have to write a letter to immigration along with travel document application? will they issue temporary card same day to you? or they will send you by post?
Please any one could give me the proper detailes.

You have just to apply to the emabssy at your current location along with your the original of your landing document. That will take about a week. No interview or letters.
